UPS Package Tracking Page

Welcome to our UPS package tracking page. Listed at the bottom of this page is our UPS tracking program. You will need to know the following about how to use this tracking program.

There is one field which you must fill in:

Your name field. This is your name (the person placing the order). It must be entered all in small caps without spaces. For example, if your name is Bob Smith, you enter your name information as bobsmith Or if your name is Bob J. Smith, you enter your name information as bobjsmith

Something you should note about tracking numbers

If you mail in payment, no tracking number will be issued until we receive the mailed in payment and the item is shipped. Take this into account.

Tracking numbers are entered into the UPS Tracking system once the package is picked up.

There can be a delay between the time your tracking information is entered into the UPS system and the time at which entering your tracking information (in this case your name) will produce tracking results. Such delays will most often occur during weekends and holidays, or in the case of the item being shipped from our alternative warehouse.

Delivery time for UPS ground ranges from 2 days to 7 days depending upon where you are located.

If for some reason you can't find your package via our tracking program, please send us an email indicating your complete name and address. We will respond within 48 hours during normal business hours.
