Payment Acceptance Policy
The forms of payment we accept are as follows:

Order Fulfillment Policy
Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 business hours of receipt of payment with the exception of:
  • Orders received during weekends and holidays. In such cases these orders are fulfilled within 48 business  hours of the next business day.
  • Orders paid for by personal checks will be held seven working days to ensure check clearance.

Lost Package Policy
Our lost package policy is as follows:
  • All packages sent within the United States have UPS tracking number  associated with it.
  • If the item ordered does not arrive within the time frame indicated by the shipping method used, we will conduct a search as to its whereabouts.
  • If it is determined that the package is lost or mis-delivered, we will take corrective action.
  • If the records of  UPS indicate that the item was properly delivered, then no refund will be issued.

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
  • We allow returns or exchanges of tracks if they are unused, not damaged and the return or exchange is made within 30 days of purchase..
